La Ciotat is a small city. You can go there easily if you go through Marseille.

From the Marseille Provence Airport (Marignane)

Marseille Provence Airport is a national and international transit hub. Get more info here.

Once in the airport, head for the bus station, between terminal 1 and terminal 2, then take the bus heading to Marseille Centre – Gare Saint Charles. Then head on to the next part part to go to La Ciotat from Marseille Saint-Charles station.

From Marseille Saint-Charles station

Marseille Saint-Charles station is the biggest transportation hub in the South-East of France. There are national and international lines arriving and departing from there, such as:

There are regular trains (every 30 minutes) to La Ciotat from Marseille Saint-Charles station. Board a train heading to Toulon or Hyères, and get off at the La Ciotat station (about 20 minutes).

Near Castellane subway station there is the Marseille’s South Intercity Bus stop where you can take the “lecar” line 69 to La Ciotat, and get off at ‘L’Eden’ bus stop.
